SUNSHINE, GREEN, AND, COULD IT BE...SPRING?

Oh, what a beautiful day it was yesterday. The sun beat down on us all day helping to dry up our muddy property. I even saw tiny buds on the trees.

I had a good look at the front gardens today. My shrubs have done well, and some little sprouts are coming up. I think it could be Hosta or Irises, I forget what I planted there.

I took a walk back to the herb gardens. The yard looks pretty wet and messy but with that lovely sunshine it looked gorgeous to me. There is a lot of life springing forth already. I love this early period in the gardens. I alway plant a lot in the fall so it is a nice surprise in the spring to see what happens.

Even my Cheshire Cat was smiling a little broader today. I think he knows a secret, spring may actually have come early to Ontario.

Stop by my blog WICKED FAERIE QUEEN for some more spring pics.

  1. Those tiny buds fill me with so much hope, thinking about the warmer days to come. I am always pleased when I see them, even if I do need to put my glasses on to do so these days!

  2. Thanks for sharing .... it's hard for me to remember the cold ... believe it or not, being hot all the time is not fun.

    Happiness to all.

  3. I always get such a thrill when I see the first signs of Spring. I'm in New York and yesterday it was sunny and a pleasant 70 degrees. It was really nice. Today it was cloudy and 47 degrees. I was not happy. I can't wait for the weather to stabilize.
